Most youth injuries aren’t caused by sport—they’re caused by a lack of movement literacy. The FUNdamentals program is our dedicated “Block Zero” program designed to build the engine before we add the chassis.
We trade the complex data-tracking of our High Performance tiers for high engagement, movement focused training. Instead of a screen, your athlete follows a Movement Passport, checking off essential “levels” in agility, landing mechanics, and foundational strength.
This is where we build the coordination, confidence, and athletic IQ required to eventually graduate into our Data-Driven High Performance tiers.

The gap between “working out” and “training” is DATA. The High Performance Program is our elite group training environment where every set is intentional and every pound is tracked.
Utilizing BridgeAthletic—the same platform used by NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA Power 4 teams— each athlete follows our master Kinetics High Performance Periodization protocol on their own digital dashboard. While you train in a high-energy group setting, your progress is strictly individual. We move away from the “whiteboard” and into deep-tissue metrics: Tracking your volume, intensity, and personal records over a 10-week developmental block.
This tier is built for the athlete who want the structure of a pro-style weight room, the accountability of a coach-led environment, and a digital trail of every win they earn during training.

At the highest level of sport, “good” isn’t good enough. The Pro Performance Program is a bespoke sports-science residency for the athlete whose career depends on measurable output.
This is our only tier featuring Integrated Velocity-Based Training (VBT). Every single repetition is monitored by high-precision sensors that measure bar speed, power wattage, and explosive intent. We don’t guess your weights based on a percentage from six months ago; we use real-time data to auto-regulate your training based on your central nervous system’s “readiness” today.
